Anyone know how quick Talstar will kill Squash bugs. I ahve applied Merit two weeks ago and its killing the cuke beetles left and right but its been raining almost everyday since then and I havent been able to spray contact. It just finished raining here for the day I hope, so I checked the patch and had a good population of S-B's, so I mixed up some Talstar 1oz. to the Gal. Thanks,

In my experience with Talstar...I found dead cucumber beetles..not SVB hatches...I have never had a problem with squash bugs but... I have seen them. I assume it eradicates them also!! Tremor is the best person to answer this !!! Mark

I hate Squash Bugs. We get them in Woodbridge. Talstar doesn't drop them out of flight but within 24 hours they will be belly up.
