            | davep | Mount Prospect, illinois | This goes to anyone with a live trap for your squirrels (or other animals). They work well with skunks apparently too!!! I came out this morning and discovered one in my trap. Wonderfull!! My wife was laughing the whole time! I got it out without any spray!! Just used 2 - 6 foot long sticks. It was too big to turn and spray me. And it wanted none of me when it saw the opening to escape. Whew!!!!

            | Bushwacker | Central Connecticut | if you catch a skunk in the trap, it's best to put a sheet over the top of the trap before releasing the skunk. you can use this method if you plan on relocating it too. If you cover the trap with a dark material the skunk stays calm and you can pick up the trap with out problems. | 8/5/2008 7:24:35 AM |
