i just bought a bag of that Sevin dust inpesticide.

when is the best time to sprinkle this on the leaves and stems?

also, if it rains afterwards or a day later, is it ok?

Dusts can be applied during the day is the plant is dry.
They do need to be reapplied after rain.

I use Sevin, but I don't apply it while bees are active in the patch. I have also found that applying dust is about the best way to make it rain.
