We did the hill + till thing a long time ago. The dirt would move down the hill and kinda like the story of humpty dumpty it never went back again. Hauling dirt back up a hill is utterly exausting...

See if you can get equivalent -or-better results with a no-till system maybe.

Man that sucks. We had 5 inches here, creek came up and flooded the patch. I am on flat ground though.

Maybe check in with Abbynormal (Norm Gansert). He grows on a pretty big hill every year with good success. Lots of picks of his setup in 2023 diary.
