Central Market, 15505 Westminster Way, Shoreline, WA will be having a giant pumpkin weighoff on Sat. October 12th . Registration begins at 7a.m., weigh off at 9 a.m. 1st prize is $2,000.00, 2nd is $1,000.00, 3rd is $750.00, 4th is $500.00, 5th is $250.00 and 6th thru 10th $100.00. Do you have a beginners division? I have a good teacher and a helpful dose of good luck. I am over 200lbs already and would like to enter in a weigh-off. The one at Thanksgiving Point in Utah has not been scheduled. I want to brush shirt sleeves with the big growers on the coast. My teacher Brian C. and I are looking for weigh offs on the west coast in October. He won the weight off at Thanksgiving Point last year.Please e-mail any info.
