            | Weird Wint (Tomatoes) | Newcastle, CA | What is everyone doing for a routine after fruit set?
I just started using 0-0-25 from growth products @ 8ml per liter.

Before I was using 0-0-50 at 1/8 tsp per gallon.

occasionally I will add jacks tomato fertilizer and voodoo juice, b vitamins.

looking for what works for the other growers.

            | bnot | Oak Grove, Mn | I haven't found anything that works really well yet Austin. After pollination my plants slowly start to go down hill. With these Jan sets, I am trying something different. I threw away the cannabis flowering formula and am using my new formula (mixed from different companies) which is back to a vegetation ratio with the boost of potash. The ratio works out to 8-8-21 with calcium at 19. I was noticing a bit of magnesium deficiency so i tossed some epsom salt into the reservoir. I have also started nightly foliar spray, with a rotation of kelp and micro-nutrients. So far the foliage is looking better but I still need to make much improvement post pollination. It is easy for me to get the sets..hard to get the sets to grow big. | 2/22/2018 5:10:48 PM |

            | Weird Wint (Tomatoes) | Newcastle, CA | I've been considering mixing wood ash in with the 0-0-25 to counteract the ph fluctuations. | 2/22/2018 5:28:06 PM |

            | bnot | Oak Grove, Mn | I use Ph Up and Ph Down all the time. Everything I add to the tanks or spray foliar is Ph set. I also doing a Ph and EC check every night on the reservoir tanks. I don't think I will ever go back to soil inside...too hard to know what is happening underground. | 2/22/2018 5:34:46 PM |

            | Weird Wint (Tomatoes) | Newcastle, CA | do you do compost tea at all indoors? | 2/22/2018 5:42:12 PM |

            | bnot | Oak Grove, Mn | I have thought about it but have never done it. It seems too much mess to brew inside. I know several of the grow stores around here have vortex brewers and sell fresh compost tea by the gallon. Maybe this is something I should try..I know Dan S is firm proponent of biologicals. | 2/22/2018 5:50:23 PM |

            | Weird Wint (Tomatoes) | Newcastle, CA | I bought some stuff called "Terp Tea Grow" & "Terp Tea Bloom" its a new thing from Roots Organic - I like their stuff. | 2/22/2018 6:18:08 PM |

            | BillF | Buffalo, MN ([email protected]) | What are your PH and potassium levels. To really answer your question someone smarter than I needs to look at your soil test results or we would be guessing. Wood ash raises your PH so you will need to add some and retest. | 2/22/2018 6:19:02 PM |

            | Weird Wint (Tomatoes) | Newcastle, CA | good thing you said that, I was mistakenly thinking the ash would lower the ph... not sure why I was confused about that | 2/22/2018 6:52:25 PM |
