            | Clutchhitter | Reelfoot Lake, Tennessee | Nashville is a 3hr drive. Is anybody takin' anything worth drivin' that far to see? Somebody help me make up my scattered mind. Regards, Clutch | 9/4/2012 4:17:35 PM |

            | JEB37355 | Manchester, TN | My wife and I are taking our melons, but I don't think they are worth a 3 hour drive to see. I'm sure someone will have the big 'uns | 9/4/2012 5:04:33 PM |

            | Walking Man | formerly RGG | I think David Cantrell will have a nice melon there. :o) | 9/4/2012 7:26:15 PM |

            | Walking Man | formerly RGG | If I come, the melon I will be bringing measures only 166 pounds. I would be very lucky to place at all I think. | 9/4/2012 9:06:55 PM |

            | Josh Scherer | Piqua, Ohio | 20% heavy would make it 198 you can always hope, I've never had a melon go to the charts. | 9/4/2012 9:12:05 PM |

            | JEB37355 | Manchester, TN | Which usually weighs heavier, long and narrow, or short and wide. | 9/4/2012 9:33:22 PM |

            | Walking Man | formerly RGG | Short and fat definitely weighs more heavy than long and skinny. That is a good sign for me as this melon is short and fat. lol Anyway, it's the first one I have to cut, not the biggest one I have. I always have fun in Nashville anyway. You guys drive carefully. | 9/4/2012 9:42:39 PM |

            | JEB37355 | Manchester, TN | I had to cut these 2 or we would wait. I have one of each. The wide one is wider than my 2x4 tarp, so we'll see. Hopefully someone there can learn me on the correct way to measure one.

            | Clutchhitter | Reelfoot Lake, Tennessee | Forecasted fog 'tween here and Nashville---think I'll stay home and read about the results here. Good luck to all,and be careful in ur comings and goings. Regards, Clutch | 9/5/2012 2:26:57 AM |

            | Walking Man | formerly RGG | If your melon is over 2' wide Jeb it sounds like you have a near 70" girth. That is awesome baby! I am trying to wake up a couple of folks to help load my melon. I should have done that last night. The poor melon grew only about 8 pounds in the last 32 days. lol | 9/5/2012 6:08:31 AM |
