            | JEB37355 | Manchester, TN | I waited since July 1 to cut open a 11 day old 255 Mitchell selfed, that I had culled. Yesterday being August 1st, I cut it open. As suspected when I cut it all I saw was immature seeds, but as I was picking up to put in compost pile I saw a dark spot. Went to digging, and found quite a few good looking seeds. Got around 200 that look viable. Time will tell.http://www.bigpumpkins.com/Diary/DiaryViewOne.asp?eid=186074

            | Walking Man | formerly RGG | It is kind of amazing how much quicker the seeds mature than the melon itself does. | 8/2/2012 9:12:57 PM |
