            | sweet1 | Mass | I had some really nice females that I pinched off earlier, when I only had 10ft or so of vines. Now I'm in that 50 ft range, I have a ton of male flowers, vines are growing like crazy, but I cant find but one unblossumed female on 5 plants! Should there be a bunch of them or only a few here and there? should I hit them with something foliar, Bloom Booster? or some thing. May be the first ones were just easier to see because there wasnt much plant.???? HMM? | 6/27/2012 5:24:59 PM |

            | Walking Man | formerly RGG | It is probably a matter of waiting a few more days. | 6/27/2012 8:18:08 PM |

            | Josh Scherer | Piqua, Ohio | they first show on the main and 2 finger vines watch those 3 closer, if you have males blooming females should start to show within a week, good luck | 6/27/2012 9:47:35 PM |

            | Walking Man | formerly RGG | A plant will sometimes wait a long time to attempt reproduction if it is growing well and well fertilized. A really "happy" plant sometimes feels no need to reproduce. A little stress can be helpful sometimes. Maybe try not watering them for a few days. | 6/27/2012 10:15:02 PM |

            | Minnesota Melon Man | Rochester, Minnesota | Yup, go out there and beat the plant with a shovel until it starts setting females. Just kidding, but give it time and you should be there. | 6/29/2012 11:07:56 AM |

            | sweet1 | Mass | Laid off the water for 2 days, found a bunch today. Thanks guys. I have only been running drip 1/2hr per day. I have 8 inch drip tape on 2ft spacing. | 6/29/2012 9:31:41 PM |
