Another th8ng 8 saw which I’m not sure if normal or rot but the stump on one of my 1504s has orange splotches on it but is still firm and doesn’t foam or stink any thoughts?

It might be normal but sometimes color changes can indicate an issue, perhaps a root issue. Perhaps it means the plant is extra healthy... gotta keep optimism as a possibility also. Keep paying attention, but not everything will have an obvious answer.

I’ll see tomorrow and the days following by the way that is a way thicker stump than I‘ve ever had in yesteryears
