Is it recommended to pinch off the tendrils or let them grow?

Different schools of thought on this Randy. I used to cut them off. I recall Ian and Stuart recommending bending them so that they can't grab irrigation lines, etc. This way, we aren't wounding the plant and creating an entry point for disease. This is the approach I've adopted. I just pinch them in half rather than pinch them off.

I leave them. Too many rolled vines otherwise.

If they're not holding something making them grow upwards, I dont really care. Idk. Previously ive only ever snapped em off young, but im going to try leaving them this year

I keep them like Kevin and Andy said due to my disease issues. I may bend a few but since I don't bury vines anymore I like them for stabilizers like Andy said.
