Check out mainepumpkins.com. Under MISC. click on Homemade Fish & Seaweed. It is a very good article for someone starting out. All I use is compost, worm castings, alfalfa pellets and molasses. I make 5 gallons every 48 hours. Good luck!

Once you have the basics down, I have a recipe from Dr. Ingham at work (I'm at home right now). I'll try and dig it up and post it.
