Highly bacteria laden compost tea, Greens that have been composted grass clipping are great, and feed the microbes with a little blackstap molasses

Unsulfured Molasses sulfur will kill off the microbes, sorry!

High dissolved oxygen. Use a Dissolved Oxygen meter for a while to see that you're getting 4-6 ppm especially during the 10th & 14th hours.
