Bumkin,

Looks like you are looking for a remake of the 772 Poirier. I attempted it this past season, but I had germination problems (me, not the seed) with the 1332 Werner.

If you give it a try in 2009, I wish you luck.

Frank 4...I'm not sure I get the link you posted? Do you mean that you have a 500 Northrup seed and also a 1332 Werner seed and are considering crossing them in 2009!!!!If you do it(You gotta do it!!!!), please consider me as a bubble recipient next winter!!:)

I have a 375 Van Hook 2007 genetics plant. I couldn't
get the 250 Van Hook's to germ but on the 3 try and 20
seeds one germed late. Might try another 250 seeds not very
mature as a wood chuck ate a hole into the 1,332 Werner fruit.

375 Van Hook 2007 (250 Van Hook X 736 Van Hook)

250 Van Hook 2006 (1,332 Werner X 1,407 Wolf)
736 Van Hook 2006 (1,333 Connolly X 1,407 Wolf)

Should be heavy and orange. I'll send a few Frank

I did a 772 Poirier x 500 Northrup cross and the reverse.
711 Zuhlke 08 (772 x 500) 229 est Zuhlke 08 (500 x 772) I grew five pumpkins over 200 lbs on the 500 Northrup plant. all of these had great orange color. If you want to try one email me.
