Mine was a creamy whitish/orange. It weighed 1090 lbs about 3% heavy.

Germany (Kirchheim / Bavaria)

Look at the last picture in my diary ("musicpete"), my 1010 pumpkin has a really great orange color. Still gaining 12lbs/day.
