            | ghopson | Denver, CO | I cant seem to find the cross information for this seed? Does anybody know the shape, color, ribbing, dill rings of it? I saw one in Joe Scherber's patch last year but didnt pay close enough attention. I know they are prone to blow up.
 Thanks

            | matt-man | Rapid City, SD | i believe it is a 658 wolf 03' x 723 bobier | 4/12/2008 3:05:10 PM |

            | Andy W | Western NY | yep. it was given minimal care out in the cornfield, hence the small weight. The pollinating plant grew the 1407 Wolf, which is why it originally caught the attention of a few growers to give it a shot.
A few blossom splits so far, and 2 state records also. Joe probably would have made the 3rd record if it would have held.

            | ghopson | Denver, CO | Yeah, Joe's 125 wolf was about 850ish in mid August and going strong when it split. It was a massive and impressive pumpkin. Think I am going to give it a shot this year. | 4/12/2008 6:31:31 PM |

            | meathead320 | Bemidji Minnesota | Reminds me of those guys who are close to 7ft tall, but who have true genetic fathers that are under 5'6", due to some childhood disease.

            | CliffWarren | Pocatello ([email protected]) | Mine was going to be my best ever last year, but it blew up in early August. Still, I'm going to try it again this year. | 4/14/2008 3:31:16 PM |
