               i know that a lot of people use mollasess but i was wondering can you use honey or sugar out of the bag and would it do the same thing this might seem like a dume ?

               Carbohydrates are Carbohydrates...Molasses does have a bunch of micronutrients.

               blackstrap unsulfured molasses is really the way to go.  It contains over 150 complex sugars to it will feed a variety of microorganisms including the fungi.  Honey or sugar are very simple sugars and will only feed a small percentage of species.
