By water displacement (measuring ml of water displaced by each tomato) I got a density of .98 for the La Rue and .955 for the Clayton. I figure accuracy was +/- .015.

So the LaRue was denser by maybe 3%. Not much, but it could be slightly important. I guess thats like a pumpkin going 13% hvy vs 10% hvy... idk.
