This is perhaps the pumpkin that has given me the most satisfaction to take to the scale. Her name is Arritmia; she has been without a stem for about 50 days (since Dap 80) and has spent 10 days at home with fans. I think she was tracking 10% heavy, though she has lost a lot of weight over these past few weeks. She grew very quickly, but the stem developed a hole the same week I had surgery; I applied airflow too late, and the stem rotted. I managed to keep cleaning it with alcohol and succeeded in keeping the pumpkin going for over two months using fans. It was a struggle, but we made it.
