The relief cut has been made on both sides. Thanks Woody for your help. This should hopefully get wider now and not longer or deeper. Man this hobby is real stressful sometimes but I've never had this happen before in the last 11 years. I'm quite a bit worried about that part that went into the skin of the pumpkin. Really hoping that heals!! Doesn't look like it's gone in the cavity yet. Praying...
