Gave the plants a good shot of Master Blend and a dose of Phosguard Plus yesterday. Plant is showing wear and tear at this point but I have some new growth I'm going to encourage and bury to keep the root system expanding. The pumpkin is growing steadily at around 15 lb a day and I want to keep that pace or something close as long as possible. I'm guessing the main splits will stay intact for another month but I may eventually behead the stump. One of the first secondary vines is yellowing so I'm pretty sure that one will get yanked soon. At this point, I'm just hoping for a PB and to get the pumpkin to a weight off. Sending a tissue sample to the lab today. Closest leaf stalk to the pumpkin for analysis. Probably going to foliar with humic/seaweed extract the end of the week when the humidity will be lower.
