Hello everyone in the new year! I have already selected some seeds for this year, but I plan to purchase seeds from Ford, Sperry, and Stelts

Today, at the Spanish auction, I purchased 2551 Ford, 2465.5 Sperry, 2741.5 Haist, and 2200 Jutras Squash. There are more and more seeds, and it seems to be getting more difficult to choose. You never know in advance which will perform the best, and there is no way to predict it. However, this choice is crucial! It is indeed a challenging task.

Friends, I want to share some of my achievements in 2025. I not only grow pumpkins, but I also actively promote this hobby in Russia. - In 2025, we successfully held the first GPC weighing in Russia. - We also organized the Russian Championship for growing giant fruits. The total prize pool was approximately \$13,000. - The exhibition of giant pumpkins in Moscow was a success once again. It has been visited by over 100,000 people!! - My blog about growing giant pumpkins in Russia has received over 25,000,000 views!! - I have appeared on numerous television shows and frequently featured in newspapers. - I have also participated in the filming of a short film about my pumpkin-growing experience. (English subtitles are pending) - Managed to organize a pumpkin carving show -I took a time-lapse of the growth of one of my pumpkins - I wrote a manual on growing giant pumpkins for Russia and successfully taught hundreds of people And this is just the beginning. In 2026, a new Russian championship will be held, and I will continue my work. I want to express my gratitude to the entire community. Friends, I was once inspired by giant pumpkins, and it truly changed my life. THANK YOU ALL. I LOVE YOU ALL!

My giant onion is doing great. After thinking about how to grow a 7kg+ onion, I realized that I should have sown the seeds in late October. My problem is that I can't plant it in a greenhouse in January or February. I live in Moscow, in an apartment. I have a summer house for vacations, which we call a dacha. Perhaps the word "fazenda" would be more appropriate. The point is, I don't visit this place in winter, so the onions need to be kept indoors.

My subscriber saw a Judas Priest poster on my wall and then sent me his own Judas Priest poster. These posters are about 25 years old. I don't know exactly how they affect the growth of the onion. I need to conduct a separate study LOL

I use white peat for all my plants now. There is already some mineral fertilizer. Such a bag of 150 liters costs about 10-15 dollars.

YouTube English subtitles are present. They can be set in the settings. The director of this film is Mikhail Alexandrov. I met him a year ago and he told me that he was looking for a topic for a short film for a competition and he liked the idea of big pumpkins. We discussed the concept of the film with him and he was able to win the competition and get funding for filming. The film is essentially a documentary, although some elements have been added for intrigue and to enhance the story. Enjoy your viewing.

Recently, I signed a sponsorship contract with the Buisky Chemical Plant. Buisky Fertilizers is the main producer of mineral fertilizers in the country. They produce very high-quality additives, and I have been using them for several years. I use Aquarin 15 to increase the weight of my fruits. Here is its approximate composition: N - 3% P2O5 - 11% K2O - 38% Mg - 3% S - 9% Fe - 0.054% Zn - 0.014% Cu - 0.01% Mn - 0.042% Mo - 0.004% B - 0.02% 20 kilograms of this fertilizer cost 3,750 rubles (50 dollars at the current exchange rate). I was wondering how much your fertilizer with a similar composition costs?

This is my thickest onion so far. It seems that the onions are starting much better this year than they did last year. However, the problem is that they need to be planted in a greenhouse by early March, but there has been a lot of snow in Moscow.
